Therapeutic Tools
Through visualization, therapeutic techniques and movement, these sessions focus on addressing and walking through mental and emotional barriers. Some of these tools include prompted self reflection, guided visualization and mirroring with movement.

One tool, contemplation, also known as Ignatian contemplation, is used to facilitate the creation of movement. This technique is a way of deeply engaging with a story through imaginative interaction. One places themselves in a story to sense the surroundings and presence of the scene.

These tools help navigate internal barriers we may face that keep us from being better connecting to ourselves and others.


Part 3
The last part of the series emphasizes the use of creative writing, mirrored movement and story telling to celebrate our progress in connecting to our self and our body.

Partner Work
We not only cultivate a deeper awareness of within, we also grow in holding empathy for others as the session initiates and invites partner participation and collaboration.
